Willowtree Family Butchers will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. Willowtree Family Butchers will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and email address. We will not share your email address or any other details.

As you will have bought frozen food products from Willowtree Family Butchers we will retain your details for a period of no longer than three years from the date of your last delivery. This is simply because our products have a shelf life and will need to ensure that we are compliant with all food safety auditing body requirements. Your details will be removed within three years of receiving a verified request, unless we have a reason as outlined above to retain your details.
